Ah yes, I am back with another Duolingo update! Sometimes the best learning tool is Duolingo. I think I probably should email them and tell them I have a new slogan for them. Just kidding… Now back on track, I did some Duolingo this week. Of course it was tons of fun because it always is but it feels like maybe my Spanish is not progressing like I want it to. Maybe because I am pretty busy I don’t get as much practice as I wish to but I hope that I can keep up with it and keep trying to improve even if it is slow. I don’t have a trip planned to Mexico anytime soon so I should be good.

This week I decided to look at my Duolingo mistakes folder. I think what it means is that I got these questions wrong and they keep it in a file just for you to see what you can work on. My mistakes were choosing which item was “the dress” and translating a Spanish sentence into an English one. After working on these mistakes I was able to tell the difference and was able to see that it was okay to make mistakes because I can keep practicing and it makes it better. Mistakes are a huge thing in learning new languages and I am still proud of myself for keeping going and pushing through. Here is a few pictures showing the mistakes:

As always, hasta la próxima vez!
